End users - If you have had a Thermaflow boiler installed please direct any technical enquiries about the operation or servicing of the boiler to the installation engineer who fitted the system.

If you have an enquiry about a new installation please firstly complete the single boiler quote enquiry form or consult an installation engineer to get your requirements (i.e. heat loss calculation and hot water usage) prior to contacting us with orders or enquiries.

Any other technical enquiries, other than enquiries specifically about the Thermaflow boiler, should be directed at an installation engineer.
